Delete your FitLiftPro account
This page deletes your FitLiftPro account and everything in it. You do not need the app installed to use it. Sign in below to confirm it is your account, and we will start a 30-day window that you can cancel at any point.

Deleting an account is permanent, so we have to know that the request came from the person who owns it. Signing in is how we establish that — we cannot act on a deletion request from someone who only knows an email address.
Request deletion of this account
Your account will stay fully usable for 30 days. Nothing is removed during that time and you can cancel whenever you like. After 30 days your account and everything in it are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
This does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are held by Apple or Google, not by us, and we cannot cancel them. Cancel yours in the App Store or Google Play, or it will keep billing you.
Your account is scheduled for deletion
Your account still works normally until then. We have emailed you to confirm, and we will remind you three more times before the deadline. Every one of those emails contains a link that cancels the deletion, and that link works even if you can no longer sign in.
If you did not ask for this, cancel it below and then change your password.

This page is being displayed inside another website, so it will not let you sign in or delete anything.
A page that can delete an account must not be operable from inside someone else's frame — that is how a click you meant for one thing is collected by another. Open it directly and it will work normally.
We could not complete that
Something went wrong.
Nothing has been changed. You can try again, or email support@fitliftpro.com from the address on your account and we will handle the deletion for you.
What happens after you ask
- We email you straight away to confirm the request and tell you the date it will complete.
- Your account stays fully usable for 30 days. Nothing is removed during that time.
- We remind you three more times during that period. Every email, including the first, carries a one-click link that cancels the deletion — and that link works even if you can no longer sign in.
- If you still have the app, it shows a notice with a live countdown and a Cancel button every single time you open it.
- After 30 days your account and everything in it are permanently deleted, and we email you to confirm.
Why the 30-day delay. It is a security measure, not an obstacle and not a way of keeping your data longer. If someone else ever got into your account, the waiting period plus the notices are what give you the chance to stop them destroying your history. You can cancel at any point in those 30 days — from any of the emails, from the notice in the app, on this page, or by contacting us. Cancelling takes one click and needs no explanation.
What is deleted
Everything: your workouts, your walks and their routes, your body measurements, your progress photographs, your custom exercises, your preferences, your name and email address, your diagnostic logs and issue reports, the copies held on your devices, and your sign-in itself.
Your username is released. It is your data, so it is deleted along with everything else — which means the name becomes available and someone else can claim it. If you sign up again later it may already be taken, and we cannot hold it for you or get it back. If the name matters to you, that is worth knowing before you continue.
What is not deleted
- Your subscription is not cancelled. It is held by Apple or Google, not by us, and we cannot cancel it. You must cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, otherwise it will continue to bill you. This is the one thing deleting your account does not do, which is why it is said twice on this page.
- A small record of the deletion itself, kept for 10 years in storage that cannot afterwards be altered or erased by anyone, including us. It holds your account identifier, that a deletion was requested and from where, the deadline, when each notice was sent and displayed, whether it was cancelled, when it was carried out, and how many items of each kind were removed. It does not hold your name, your email address, or any workout, walk, measurement, weight, photograph or location — your email address is kept only as a one-way fingerprint that cannot be read back. Section 20.2b of the Terms of Service and section 14 of the Privacy Policy explain why we keep it.
- Records we are required by law to keep, and fully anonymised information that can no longer be linked to you.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@fitliftpro.com from the address on your account and tell us you want the account deleted. We will verify that it is yours and do it for you. We cannot delete an account on the say-so of someone who cannot show they own it — that protection is the reason this page asks you to sign in at all.
If you are trying to stop a deletion and cannot sign in, use the cancellation link in any of the emails we sent you. Those links do not require a password.
Deleting from inside the app
If you still have FitLiftPro installed you can do the same thing there: More → Delete my data → Delete my account. It starts the same 30-day window, and a request started in one place can be cancelled from the other.
